Quest Running Program


Train to run! Your training program includes weekly training programs, tthree times a week group training run led by your coach (Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday), weekly group coordination to find people to do your other program runs with, running technique clinics and a team shirt. We customize your running plan to fit your goals, whether they be to run a 5K, a Full Marathon or anything in between. Don't want to race? No Problem. We'll create a plan to improve your running endurance, speed and techinique. We'll help you reach your running goals, whatever they are. You may join in at any time.
